Spellman Introduces MMB 6–9kW Monoblock® X-Ray Source for Advanced Medical Imaging Applications

Hauppauge, NY - Spellman High Voltage Electronics announces the addition of the MMB 6–9kW Monoblock® X-ray Source, a compact, integrated solution developed to meet the evolving requirements of image-guided robotic surgery, surgical C-arms, orthopedic imaging, and other high-performance medical imaging systems.

Designed with Diagnostic Imaging OEM system manufacturers in mind, the MMB 6–9kW combines a high-voltage generator, X-ray tube, and critical system components into a single package that simplifies integration while maximizing imaging performance. Delivering up to 150kV and 6kW of output power, the platform provides the precision, stability, and reliability required for today's demanding fluoroscopic and radiographic procedures.

The MMB features a high-performance X-ray tube designed to support operation up to 150kV and 6kW, along with an integrated oil pump for effective thermal management and rotor speeds exceeding 3,000 RPM. Available with integrated AC/DC, inverter, and capacitor bank modules (option for customer), the MMB provides OEMs with a complete high-voltage solution engineered for next-generation medical imaging platforms.
