静電チャック高電圧電源

　スペルマンのESCシリーズ静電チャック用電源は、静電チャックウエハー処理アプリケーションに必要なクリーンで正確な電圧を提供します。この適切にカスタム設計された電源により長時間の処理サイクルでも、正確にウエハーを保持します。センタータップポイントを基準とした正確なフローティング両極性出力を特徴とする、グランド基準リバーシブル出力を用いたバエーションを利用可能です。包括的な故障診断回路が、電源機能およびユーザ・インターフェースへの通信状況データを監視します。スペルマンESCシリーズ電源は、コンパクトで軽量なパッケージに収納れており、設置面積を最小限に抑えたOEM用に設計されています。
