50-75W 工業用X線ジェネレーター

MNXシリーズはスペルマンの非常に優れた高電圧パッケージ ング、表面実装組み立て技術そして弊社が持つポッティング技術 を結集させたOEM 50W用の超コンパクト高圧電源です。  MNXシリーズはさまざまな有名なメーカーの接地カソード型 X線管に対応するために設計されています。この電源の特色とし ては0〜50kV/65kVの高圧出力そして50、60または75Wに 制限されるエミッション電流2mAです。

MNXは高くレギュレートされたビーム電流を供給するために 閉ループ・フィラメント・ビーム制御回路を利用します。グラウ ンド・リファレンスされた低ノイズ直流フィラメント電源は 0.3A〜3.5A間で動作します。MNXは、厳しいレギュレーショ ン、高安定および低リップルを提供します。そしてビーム電圧、 エミッション電流およびフィラメント電流制限を設定するために ローカル制御とリモート・アナログ制御を備えております。

用途

本モジュールは、Kevex社、Oxford社、RTW社、Varian社、Superior社、Trufocus社製の接地カソード型X線管に対応しています。
