スペルマンのμXRB130P65マイクロフォーカスMonoblock®X線源は、内部マイクロフォーカスX線管を最大130kV @ 65Wで駆動する高解像度イメージングアプリケーション用に設計されています。24Vdc入力電圧、小さなパッケージサイズ、標準のRS-232デジタルインターフェイスなどの機能により、μXRB130P65をX線システムに簡単に統合できます。 動作電圧の範囲にわたって最適化された小さな丸い焦点サイズ、および高倍率は、安定した高輝度出力と組み合わされて、歪みのない、高品質の2Dおよび3D画像を提供します。

標準のナロービームを使用して、小さな丸いスポットをkVと電力の範囲で最適化し、歪みのない画像を提供します。4ワットで動作すると、高解像度イメージング用の6ミクロンのスポットが得られます。14mmのスポットとウィンドウの間隔は、高い幾何学的倍率を提供します。
オプションのワイドビームを使用すると、115度の丸いビームは、最大のスループットまたは角度のないビューに大きな視野が必要な自動検査に最適です。10mmのスポットとウィンドウの間隔は、優れた高幾何倍率を提供します。
