2009年11月12日スペルマンは、もともとキャピラリ電気泳動用に設計された高圧電源のCZEシリーズが、成長を続けている静電紡糸業界においても、使用される電源として選定されるようになったと発表しました。

静電紡糸とは、異なった構成の’ナノファイバー’を作り出す静電法を用いた製造技術です。これらの紡糸繊維は、人工臓器の製造をはじめ、薬物送達システム、高度なろ過媒体、医療用繊維などの製造が難しいとされる様々な分野で問題解決に役立つことが期待されています。

スペルマンのCZEシリーズの高圧電源は、革新的な静電紡糸製造工程において極めて重要な役割を果たします。高安定の0-30kV(300uA供給)は自動極性反転、および低蓄積エネルギー出力を特徴とします。CZEは装置メーカーでの組み込み用モジュールとしてのご提供と、フロントパネルコントロールが付いて「簡単操作」できるラック搭載型ユニットとしてのご提供ができます。ラック搭載型は、机の上で静電紡糸の実験をするような使用環境に最適です。
