Bone Densitometry

Spellman offers Monoblocks® and X-Ray sources with dual energy kV modulation from 20-200kW and 100-700W for value, premium or custom systems. These compact and lightweight units can be mounted in any physical orientation. They feature an integrated high voltage power supply, filament supply, X-Ray tube, beam port and control electronics, as well as universal input, power factor correction and analog or digital interface. Proprietary emission control circuitry provides excellent regulation of X-Ray tube current, along with outstanding stability performance.

Dental Radiography

Spellman’s Panoramic Dental Monoblock® (PDM) consists of an integrated X-Ray tube, dual-output high voltage power supply and filament supply with control circuitry. The PDM is designed for extra-oral dental X-Ray applications including CT and Panoramic. Features like small package size, standard analog and RS-232 digital interface simplify integrating the PDM into your X-Ray system. Proprietary emission control circuitry provides excellent regulation of X-Ray tube current, along with outstanding stability and performance.

Surgical C-Arm

Spellman’s medical Monoblocks® feature the fastest rise time and highest resolution high voltage power sources in the industry. Our new, ultra-fast MMB3.5kW Monoblock® is specifically designed for surgical C-Arm usage such as orthopedic, general surgery and extremity imaging. Other features include: increased fidelity of the x-ray pulse allowing shorter exposures and reduce patient dose; pulsed fluoroscopy mode, allowing higher mA for increased contrast and improved detail, even in dense and hard to image anatomy; sub-millisecond rise-times; and multiple tube inserts to help optimize geometry and image quality. Our XRB011 Series Monoblocks® are designed for OEM applications such as tissue biopsy and orthopedic imaging where high resolution capabilities are vital. Offered from 80kV/20W up to 80kV/50W with features like 24Vdc input voltage, small package size, standard analog and RS-232/Ethernet digital interfaces to simplify integration; proprietary emission control circuitry for excellent regulation of X-Ray tube current, as well as outstanding stability and performance.
