Серия генераторов uXHP — это результат применения компанией Spellman современных методов компоновки высоковольтных устройств и выполнения поверхностного монтажа в сочетании с запатентованной технологией изоляции, что позволило создать этот сверхкомпактный модуль рентгеновского генератора. Генератор uXHP обеспечивает питание рентгеновских трубок с заземленным катодом многих известных производителей и характеризуется выходным напряжением от 0 до 50 кВ, 65 кВ или 80 кВ при токе 5 мА и с мощностью до 100 Вт. Генератор uXHP использует схему управления катодом прямого накала, обеспечивая точную регулировку силы тока пучка. Источник питания постоянного тока с низким уровнем шумов для катода прямого накала с обратной связью, обеспечивает силу тока в диапазоне от 0,3 до 3,5 А. Серия MFX обеспечивает высокую стабильность, низкие пульсации и возможность использования местного и дистанционного управления напряжением пучка, током эмиссии и пределом силы тока накала.

Кроме точной регулировки, высокой стабильности и низких пульсаций, генератор uXHP предлагает локальное и дистанционное аналоговое управление предельными значениями напряжения пучка, тока эмиссии и тока накала. Интерфейсы USB, RS-232 и Ethernet являются стандартным.

Interlock Configuration

Digital Interface

The uXHP features a standard USB, RS-232 and Ethernet digital interface. Utilizing these standard digital interfaces can dramatically simplify power supply interfacing requirements saving the user both time and money, while enhancing functionality and overall capabiity. Spellman provides a GUI with the uXHP that allows the customer to both customize operational features of the uXHP while also providing basic power supply operational features. Details of the uXHP’s digital interface capability are described in detail in the uXHP manual.

Varex VF-80J X-Ray Tube

The uXHP was specifically designed in cooperation with Varex to power their new VF-80J X-Ray tube. This joint effort resulted in the creation of both the VF-80J X-Ray tube and the uXHP X-Ray generator. The Varex VF-80J tube is uniquely rated to run at up to 80kV @ 100 watts, 4mA maximum. The uXHP was explicitly designed to operate at up to 80kV and provide 100 watts down to 25kV, so customers could make full use of the capabilities of the VF-80J X-Ray tube. Varex and Spellman, working together to push the boundaries of X-Ray technology.
