SEMアプリケーション用のOEMモジュール
EBM20は、熱電子走査電子顕微鏡のEビームカラムに電力を供給し、単一のコンパクトなパッケージで加速電源、バイアス電源、フィラメント電源を提供します。スペルマン独自の高圧パッケージングおよび封止化技術により、他のSEM電源製品と比較して、サイズ、コスト、パフォーマンスが劇的に向上します。EBM20は、200uAで0〜-20kVにプログラム可能な、高度に調整された低ノイズの高安定性アクセラレータ電源です。EBM20には、フローティングバイアス電源と、加速器を基準としたフィラメント電源があります。プログラミング信号は、差動アナログ入力を利用して、外部ノイズとオフセット電圧の影響を最小限に抑えます。接地基準の加速器電流モニターが提供されます。EBM20は、過電圧および過電流保護とともに、アークおよび短絡に耐性があります。
