Job Summary & Purposes 职务概况与目的
- Manage industrial accounts in the Chinese sales territory, especially for security and precision applications, develop new projects from the existing customer, develop the new customers. 负责管理在中国国内现有工业客户,特别是安检和精密应用市场,并且开拓新客户,开拓现有客户新项目。
- Manage and develop customers for other market and application as needed by the business development and required by the company. 根据公司业务发展和管理要求,负责涉及其他行业的客户的维护和开拓。
Main Responsibilities & Tasks 主要职责和工作
- Maintain existing projects and actively develop new business, form and strengthen the customer relationship with all the working departments, collect commercial information including project pipeline, competitors, customer expectations, customer organizational development plan, facilitate the business negotiations and signing the strategic agreements between parties. 维护现有项目,开发现有客户的新项目和新客户新业务。建立并加强和客户所有合作部门的关系,收集了解项目计划,客户期望,竞争情况,客户组织发展计划,促进商务谈判和战略合作协议的签署。
- Perform daily sales activities, for example CRM management, forecast/order management, contract review, receivables collection, reports on customer visits etc. 履行销售活动相关的日常工作,比如客户管理系统CRM的使用和维护,预测和订单管理,合同评审,落实应收货款,撰写客户拜访报告等等。
- Facilitate engineering discussion and project support between customer’s and Spellman’s technical teams. 协调客户和斯派曼技术团队之间的工程技术性讨论和项目支持。
- Gather business intelligence of responsible markets and customers and report the data with analysis to Sales Director China. 收集所负责市场和客户的业务信息,并将相关数据及其分析报告给大中国区销售总监。
- Actively participating in the strategic discussions in business growth. 积极参与斯派曼在中国业务增长的战略讨论。
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Spellman’s OEM products for training and support of Chinese regional sales force. 作为斯派曼销售OEM产品的专业人员,给中国区域的销售团队提供业务,客户和市场相关的培训和分享。
- Write appropriate internal reports for management regarding accounts and developments in the Chinese market. 就负责的市场和客户的发展趋势,及时向管理层做出相应的内部报告。
- Report regularly work schedule and progress to the Sales Director of Spellman China. 向斯派曼中国区销售总监定期报告工作日程安排和销售活动进展(每日/周/月,上级根据情况安排)。
- Regular and irregular visits to customers as needed by business and distribute the visit report as required. 根据业务需要和销售团队管理要求,定期及不定期拜访客户,深度讨论业务相关议题,达到拜访目的, 并且及时上传客户拜访报告。
- Participate in evaluation activities for designing development,engineering change and other customer related activities, for example customer audit etc. when necessary. 必要时参与设计开发,工程变更评审活动,以及其他客户相关活动,比如客户审核等。
- Assist to execute and maintain the quality management systems, including quality, environment, health and safety, such as ISO 9001, ISO13485 & QSR820, etc. 协助实施并维护公司的管理体系,包括质量,环境、健康和安全:ISO9001,ISO14001以及ISO13485 & QSR820等。
- Complete other jobs and tasks assigned by Sales Director China. 完成中国区销售总监要求的其他工作内容或者职责。
Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件:
Education 教育背景
- Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Science, or equivalents. 本科或以上学历,工程、电子、电气等理工科专业背景。
Working Experience 工作经验
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management. 至少5 年及以上大客户管理经验。
- Experience with X-ray product or high voltage power supply or experiences with similar customers is a plus. 有X射线产品或高压电源,或相关行业客户经验者优先。
Knowledge & Ability 知识与技能
- Familiar with management systems ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO13485 & QSR820 and PRC’s safety Production laws and regulations, etc. 熟悉质量管理体系ISO9001及ISO14001, ISO13485 & QSR820, 及国家安全生产法律法规等。
Professional Skills & Certificates 专业技能证书等
- Good English skills in speaking and writing. 优秀的英语口语和书面能力。
- Good understanding, communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的理解,沟通及和人相处的能力。
- Willing and able to travel intensively. Able to drive. 乐于出差, 勇于推动。
- Represent the company, maintain the customer relationships at the company platforms. 在公司的平台和层面上建立斯派曼和客户公司的业务关系。
