Spellman SPX 系列非常适合当今严苛的 NDT 检测要求。SPX 装置坚固耐用,易于运输,经济实惠。它们可以是线路或便携式发电机,能自动发电以适应标准输入电压,几乎在任何地方的极端条件下都能进行全天检查。

末端接地的 X 射线管的焦斑尺寸为 1.5 平方毫米,利用露出的阳极能方便灵活地定位管头组件。管端口使用吸收作用较低的铍窗口,有助于放射线技师利用全谱 X 射线能量。在 SPX 系统的高辐射输出下,可以降低每次曝光的 kV,缩短曝光时间,提高胶片对比度,从而实现卓越的放射线成像。

SPX

SPX 控制装置由微处理器驱动,它提供自动预热和全面的自我诊断电路。用于存储和调用曝光技术的存储器是标准存储器,断电前会保留最后一组曝光参数。SPX 可以 1kV 和 0.1mA 的增量进行调节。曝光持续时间可以设置为 1 秒至 99分59 秒,增量为 1 秒。有三种型号可供选择:160kV、200kV 和 300kV。

激光指示器

Spellman 独有的激光指示器可以精确定位图像区域。激光指示器将高度可见的基准激光束从管头投射到最远 75 英尺开外的表面,精确显示中心 X 射线束的位置,提供无与伦比的准确度,从而提高效率并缩短设置时间。

管头支架

利用 X 射线管头支架(选配件)可快速进行设置,并通过管头组件的三轴定位提供刚性支撑,以获得最佳图像质量。支架整合了伸缩腿、手轮驱动的可变高度调节装置以及用于控制管头倾斜和水平旋转的可锁式手轮。管头护架有缓冲垫,可确保稳固安装和减振。其中所含的气泡型指示器有助于快速方便地校平管头。黑色阳极氧化铝结构。重约 35 磅(16 公斤)。

风冷管头组件

风冷管头组件使用散热片和高容量风扇来驱散阳极释放的热量,通常用于接近时不受限制的应用中,不在挥发性燃料蒸气环境中使用。风冷管头组件无需冷却器装置,也无需进行与液体冷却剂相关的混合和维护。该装置需要进行的用户维护较少,因此可以认为它更环保。

Panoramic: This tube has a flat target (0 degree)
and therefore it is without dimension along the tube axis (other than panoramic tubes with conical targets). The true focal spot on the target can only be estimated by taking two focal spot film exposures in the main beam 90 degrees apart from each other. Due to this no focal spot is inferred.
