Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, headquartered in Hauppauge, New York has purchased the assets of Valhalla, New York based Del High Voltage Corp., formerly a division of Del Global Technologies Corporation (DGTC).
Spellman's acquisition of Del (now known as Spellman High Voltage Valhalla), which officially occurred on Oct 1, 2004, merges the assets of Del High Voltage, including their customers, product lines, technology and personnel into the Spellman organization. Del High Voltage's 35,000 square foot manufacturing and engineering facility will continue to operate under Spellman management in Valhalla, NY.
