Spellman Introduces Four Output Power Supply

February 20, 2008
February 20, 2008, Hauppauge, NY ... Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, announced today the introduction of its ML1350 modular, printed circuit board mountable, high voltage power supply. The ML1350 is specifically configured to drive Quadrupoles used in Mass Spectrometers and electrostatic lens applications. Two sets of bipolar outputs are provided: ±1350 Vdc and ±245Vdc, each capable of 15mA of load current with a ripple specification of 0.1% peak to peak.

This compact, low cost, surface mount, high performance module is ideal for use in advanced systems. The ML1350 offers voltage regulated, current limited outputs that are fully protected against arc and short circuit conditions. An enable function allows for easy remote control operation. Input voltage is specified at +24Vdc, ±1.2Vdc @ 3 amps. A protective under-voltage shut down feature will disable the outputs when an under-voltage input condition is detected.

Mechanical dimensions are 0.98" H X 4.33" W X 3.15" D (25mm X 110mm X 80mm) for this compact, light weight, air insulated module. The ML1350 is CE approved and UL listed to UL61010-1.
