Capable of wiring, soldering and assembling any production unit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigned job by supervisor or lead
• Checks material for accuracy
• Builds and wires unit
• Submits units for inspection
• Rework units as directed by Inspection or Engineering
• Capable of “B” wiring (when necessary), mechanical assembly, entry level work and light PC board assembly

REQUIREMENTS

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 5 + years experience
• Must be able to identify component symbols and have good solder skills, must be able to read and work from Schematics, Blue Prints, BOM’s and other manufacturing documents, must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers, must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted
